Do you accept insurance?
We are not in-network with insurance, but we can provide a superbill for each session that you can submit to your insurance for partial reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits for behavioral health services. A superbill is a detailed receipt that includes diagnostic codes and procedural codes.
What are your typical fees?
Dr. O’Connor’s fee is $200/ 50-minute session; Alexandra’s fee is $150/ 50-minute session.
Do you offer sliding scale services?
A limited number of sliding scale appointments are available and can be discussed prior to scheduling your session.
What are the length and frequency of sessions?
Standard sessions are 50 minutes in length and take place weekly, although frequency may vary depending upon needs of the client. Often a minimum of 12 sessions is needed in order to successfully reach treatment goals. Length of treatment will vary depending upon presenting problems and goals in treatment.

Yes, we do offer weekend appointments in our San Clemente location only
What ages do you treat?
We treat all ages, including children as young as 5, teens, and adults of each life stage. When treating younger children, parents are an integral part of the treatment process and will be asked to participate in sessions.
