About me

I am a licensed psychologist with expertise in the treatment of anxiety disorders, eating disorders, and adolescent issues. I earned my undergraduate degree from Georgetown University in 1998, and earned my PhD from the California School of Professional Psychology in 2004.   I completed my pre-doctoral training at Childrens Hospital Los Angeles/USC Keck School of Medicine where I specialized in child and adolescent treatment, and I completed my post-doctoral training at Remuda Ranch Treatment Programs, one of the nation’s largest inpatient programs for women and girls with eating disorders.

From 2004 to 2010, I worked at Remuda Ranch as a staff psychologist, and served as the founding clinical director of Remuda’s residential OCD program which opened in 2008.

Most recently, I was a featured psychologist on A&E’s Obsessed, a television series documenting CBT treatment of OCD.
